They refused my first offer and came back with a Counter offer and I ACCEPTED it no questions asked. My Realtor and my Lawyer both submitted all the information that they requested. I went a step further and hired my own Title Company, paid for an appraisal, termite inspection, Home owners Ins Binder and secured a loan for the complete amount that they (BOA) requested. All I need is a sales Contract from BOA to close the deal. We have not received a sales contract from them and they will not give us any information outside of "We are working on your File". In fact half the time they don't even answer my Realtor or my Lawyer Calls. To date I have been waiting almost 6 months for this so called Sales Contract. Im going to Walk on this one and when they Foreclose on it I will offer about half of my present offer and save myself some money. BTW-The reason I am so set on buying this house is because my Wife is Handicapped and she wants it badly because its just right for her needs.
