Ever since I saw D. Garrard the first time I knew he should be a starter. At least he isn’t like our last quarterback that knew one throwing speed – blazing ass fast. Leftwich bounced more footballs off of receivers breastplates than all quarterbacks combined.

Time to get in a groove David. Let’s go!

Heard the radio show yesterday on the way home. Very interested in “your take.” You and Tom Patton should split that 18 million!! Why be greedy, hey? Hoping that the Jags perform well next week and that we see the results of those intense practices. I agree with you that David Garrard has what it takes to be the team’s leader. He was awesome in 2007 and Jacksonville is ready to see him SHINE again. We need something positive in our city!

Well, so far, I can see that the Jags need to “establish its trench” and protect Garrard to permit him to become that “field general.” And, from what I have read, there is talent in the wide receiver area so that we won’t see the ball flying off chest plates. I think you are correct in that the Jags have a lot of talent to work with on and off the field, but the real test will be on Monday. As my father always told me: YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR LAST PERFORMANCE.”
